Ghenghis Khan

To ensure his soldiers had reached their quota of twenty kills in each battle they fought, Ghenghis Khan insisted they show him the right ears of their victims. And when his men started cheating by bringing him left ears too, he switched the body part and insisted they collect twenty noses per battle instead.   Through careful measurement, Ghenghis Khan ensured that all his victories were precisely calculated.   Thus he conquered the world.   Similarly today: the best victories are measured.

Concept, strategy and few other meaningless rants

You would've got the drift already. No I am not against any of them. But then everyday when you are pitted against these on the most taxing projects, one does tend to feel a bit apprehensive. The most frightening encounters are when you come across souls who use these deviously to decimate your ideas. If your concept is right then the strategy is wrong or vice versa. Something like a yin and yang tussle. If you get them right then your day is made. Then you stand a better chance to beat them at their own trade.

Uncertainty

If there is something certain in life then its uncertainty. You don't know what shape will tomorrow be. You don't know what will happen next. You don't know when a friend will turn into a foe. You don't know when your fortunes get reversed. You don't know when you will be taking your last breath. You don't know when the car in front of you will brake. You don't know when I will stop writing. We live in uncertain times my friend. Don't know why I called you a friend? Well, even I don't know.

Stainsby Girl

Now it struck me. It was her MSN id and she loved Chris Rhea. But then when I saw it first, it somehow missed my mind. Now its too late. Unlike the Stainsby Girls Chris Rhea was singing about, someone broke her heart and she ended her life. For those who haven't heard the song, check it out here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXdRzQLpt_g . See the lyrics below.    Stainsby Girls - Chris Rhea Some girls used to kiss and run Never knew what they had done Some girls always wasted time Keep you hanging on the line Some loved horses and always stayed at home But the Stainsby girls loved the Rolling Stones Now some had games that you had to play Making rules along the way Strange attractions newly found Pride and passion kicked around Some girls stole your heart Like most girls do But a Stainsby girls could break it in two And I fell in love, I fell in love I fell in love with a Stainsby girl Deepest water Stainsby blue Running straight, running true Names and faces
