the disappearing gym

it has happened to me before and now it's happening again. true deja moo style! my gym just disappeared overnight. the first time it happened, i was in a different country in a different time zone. now it's my country and my time zone. the gym has disappeared. thanks to some stupid rule which prevents any commercial activity within a residential area. damn.

He couldn't keep count of the days or nights as he was always surrounded by darkness. No he wasn't blind nor did someone blindfold him. He fell in to a deep dark hole that's all. He was rushing to catch the last train home. Since it was getting late he decided to take the shortcut. Before he fell, all that he saw was a lamppost by the tracks. The impact of the fall switched off the lights in his brain. When he recovered, it was dark. He tried to feel his way around. But to his surprise all that he could feel was the darkness around him. It was as if he was encased in a thick gooey dark liquid. It held him tight. It moved with his movements. It felt as if he was part of the liquid. He floated in it. He never felt hungry or cold. A day on Planet H

His brain was behaving like a lousy mobile network connection. Maybe it's the planet, he thought. Or is it the ancient oxygenator attached to my suit? Something is messing with my neurons for sure. And now, the faulty connection has put him in a fix. Something he didn't decipher quite well has angered the beast at the alien immigration centre. His visa got a potential threat stamp which will make life miserable for him. He stepped out into the harsh alien sun on Planet H. He desperately needed a drink. She spotted him from miles away. He was wearing an ancient contraption that looked like a space suit. He was waddling towards the nearby bar. She smirked and gunned the motor of her craft. It lunged forward like a cheetah that got stung by a bee. She hated aliens and wanted to get rid of them in every way possible. The alien saw the speeding craft. Technobabble

The spiders scurried in to feed on the fresh pieces my brain threw up on the blogosphere. Nothing much has changed down here. It's the same binary rule. You are either the one or a zero. There is no role reversal. The wires buzz with the same content. The word fresh has become superfluous. Repacked, reshaped, rewritten is more like it. That's what life has come to these days. It's just the same old wine in new bottles. Bottles change, the wine doesn't.
